  Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms - best out of all of our west coast budget hotel stays. Nice clean pool and hot-tub (although if they added some tropical trees/greens) to the deck it would distract better from the parking lot and road. Best continental breakfast of our entire trip, nice large breakfast room with lots of tables and very ... what people say » neatly maintained - very close attention to restocking items, pizza place next door-hence they deliver for free, - We had to cancel because the prison went on lockdown. When we called to cancel they were very kind & understanding. We will stay there when we come to Susanville ....soon.

  I liked that the location was centralized, walking distance to groceries and shopping centers. Staff were very friendly. Free breakfast were a plus for us to choose this hotel. - We arrived on Feb. 27th. Late in the evening. The young woman at the desk was terrific - welcoming, friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome.
