  I really liked the atrium area with outdoor-like setting. Free breakfast and afternoon snacks\drinks. We have a 14 month old baby that sleeps much better in a different room, we put her crib in the living room of the suite and we've got ourselves a great night of sleep. - I like the way I was greeted in the beginning upon arrival.   The room was clean, had a good rest after a long Disneyland day. bathroom entrance had a funky smell but was very clean and had plety of towels and toiletries. Wet bar with coffee maker was great start to our morning. Breakfast is quite nice, eggs w/ham, sausage, fresh fruit, juices, milk, coffee, cocoa, waffles, cereal, bread, pastries.. very fi... what people say » lling and varied for the family, we saved $60 - $70 by having breakfast in the hotel instead of going to Ihop or Dennys.. - Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room (although the coffee and tea provided were of poor quality). The beds were very comfortable, as was the sitting area. The room was very clean, as well as the hotel as a whole. Staff is very friendly.

  I booked the stay at the Double Tree Club for my two granddaughters who were in Calif. Doing college searches. I dealt with the Manager, Sanja Patel, via e-mail to make sure the charges were billed to me/using my card. He assured me from the beginning that he would make sure they were taken care of since they were traveling alone. I have never enc... what people say » ountered a hotel Manager like Sanjay. He (I assume Sanjay is a man's name) was the most pleasant, helpful, and courteous person that I have dealt with - The hotel was great. The room was clean, quiet and wide. Also, it has a good decoration. The parking was cheap 11 $ for self parking and 14 $ for valet parking. I was real recommended.

  There were a good breakfast and it was served very soon. The room was very comfortable and clean and the people there were very kind. - It was the best hotel ive ever stayed at and by far my favorite i will be coming back for a visit again!

  I had read in the reviews that the facility was nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was all very true, very happy with my stay, will be back again. So fun that walking distance to shopping and nice dining. - Like the french doors to the bedroom, made it seem as home verses a hotel.

  Liked this hotel enough to return to the area just to stay again ! All staff made me feel as if I was the only person staying. The purple free Shuttle bus was a key factor in the success of a stress free stay in an area I did not know. Large room, two Queen beds, beautiful bathroom in tones of brown. Design lounge/dine area with - Parking is not inexpensive at $17/night for self-park, but is indeed very convenient with the garage located immediately adjacent to the front lobby. Contrast this with other Costa Mesa/Irvine hotels where the parking lot is quite a distance away. Ask the very friendly and helpful staff about any discounts or specials available to minimize or reduce parking cost. The room itself was also very comfortable, especially the temperature. We never even looked for the thermostat during our entire stay
