The room was clean, had a good rest after a long Disneyland day. bathroom entrance had a funky smell but was very clean and had plety of towels and toiletries. Wet bar with coffee maker was great start to our morning. Breakfast is quite nice, eggs w/ham, sausage, fresh fruit, juices, milk, coffee, cocoa, waffles, cereal, bread, pastries.. very filling and varied for the family, we saved $60 - $70 by having breakfast in the hotel instead of going to Ihop or Dennys..
all reviews » Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room (although the coffee and tea provided were of poor quality). The beds were very comfortable, as was the sitting area. The room was very clean, as well as the hotel as a whole. Staff is very friendly. The people were polite and friendly. The breakfast was excelant. For most part the courtesy shuttle was good but took over 40 minutes and two phone calls to get to the airport for pick up, a long explanation was offered but quite irrelivant. Fast, free in-room wifi. Fast hot water. Free HBO. Adequate number of bath towels. Pretty convenient to freeways. Clean white duvet covers. There is supposedly a complimentary breakfast but I didn't go so I can't say whether it is good. The room was clean, the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the beds were fairly comfortable. two televisions two separate rooms refrigator, mircowave, wet bar, very nice. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. I love the room how it separated the bedroom to the living room. very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Facility is good. Poor quality coffee and tea in rooms. No "real" cups and glasses, only disposables. No utensils although there were drawers, cabinets and a small bar sink in the "kitchen" area. The glass door between the sleeping and sitting areas lacked a curtain or screen of some sort to block light from the sitting area if one guest is sleeping while another is awake and using the sitting area. Waiting for shuttle to pick up at airport. Bed wasn't very comfortable-hard, little cushioning.. Very young inexperienced front desk staff. I asked for quiet room & was sent to a dark, noisy one. I was changed to a more acceptable room when I refused the first one. Person who checked me in couldn't tell me where to find an ATM or the name of the side street. Ice machines produce very fine shavings which melt too fast. Mediocre in-room coffee. It's a pretty noisy hotel. You can hear each door open and close down the hall. nothing. The parking fills up quickly and there are not enough spaces available for guests often. The a/c in room only blew into the living area and not the sleeping area creating a huge temperature difference. Nothing I can say. Size of the beds. We thought the beds were queens instead of gulls. the lack of self service laundry facilty. The air conditioning was kinda weird...one area of the suite was hot and one got nice and cool. Beds were hard One kid friendly channel. There should be laundry self seivice. Parking space. Need to replace the waffle oven in the breakfast room , it falls quite often, it is unsafe. the lack of self service laundry. none. Breakfast time Noise from housekeepers while working. Very basic, decor very dated, poor value for money, not a pleasant place to spend much time. Beds smaller than an english double, very poor sleep, had to ask for softer pillows on second night. Water seemed to be seeping through from the ceiling above the bathroom as even when we wiped the ceiling with a towel it was still dripping water. Had to ask not to pay for one night, this was not even offered. Was not happy to pay for any of it so would like a complete refund.
