The staff is amazing! So helpful! I needed to stay an extra night and right away the front desk was able to move some things arownd so that I didn't have to move my 3 young children around and we were able to stay in the same room. They also got me a crib for the baby. I asked for it at the front desk at check in and by the time I made it to the room they were putting it in there! The rooms have been recently refurbished and are to a really good standard (not just to usual new bed linen and same old bathroom refurb). It was clean and modern and within a half a block of the fantastic Pacific Beach. It was also only a short walk to the many local restaurants and bars.
