  My husband and I were celebrating our silver wedding and booked 3 nights at the hotel,we loved every minute of our stay. The hotel was amazing,the location was fabulous and we just loved to watch the sunset on the beach. We hope to return soon,and will plan a longer stay next time,thank you. - The Christmas decorations were like none others--outs... what people say » tanding. The entire property was set for the holiday season--quite beautiful. The staff bent over backward to assure our stay was every thing we had hoped it would be.

  Very clean and well maintained room and hotel grounds. Loved free WiFi and Internet access. Loved free parking, free bicycle loaners, two pools/saunas. Playground across the street. Lots of markets, coffee shops and misc. Stores nearby, very convenient. The staff was 100% awesome! The views spectacular and the surrounding area felt very safe. I lo... what people say » ve that I could park right in front of my room and not have to walk down corridors or up stairs. Loved the location of the hotel, and the overall comf - Great location for sea world visit. There was a problem at our initial check in which wasn't good. However I have to say that the manageress stepped in and resolved the matter with a real customer focus in trying to ensure we had a good stay. For me this is when a hotels reputation stands or falls in how they go about resolving problems. Staff were a credit to the company and I would def recommend to others Thank you

  It is a beautiful hotel and had a lot of things to do. We were only there 1 night but fully enjoyed it. - very clean the stuff was very helpful, kids friendly

  Our stay was wonderful, the staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. Janine the front desk manager sent us a bottle of Champaign for my husbands 60th birthday! That was just so sweet.   I enjoyed the walks I took by the sea. Beautiful, safe and convenient. Bed and rooms very comfortable. Having spa services available is a plus. - I liked and enjoyed the facilities in the hotel, I'm a outdoor person, and I found many of things to do over there.
