  We had a wonderful family getaway. Four adults and my grandson. My grandson loved the pool, waterslide, smores, popcorn, snowcones and dive in movies. We loved the cool water cafe and bar.   The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated. We also enjoyed going over to Palm Beach, the water park located on the property. The food in the restaurant located on the 1st floor was delicious! - Staff was on top of everything. We asked to change room and no issue they moved... what people say » us. Our waiter was fun and immediately corrected our bill. Very nice hotel. At the bar I had a question on the menu and the manager came to answer my question and gave me a sample

  Waterpark: fun, music was great and very family oriented Hotel: beautiful, loved the sports Restraunt, location, and our favorite was the roof top family fun and fireworks - Love the Gaylord in general. I have been to this one and the one in Nashville over the last 20-25 years.

  The bed was very comfortable in the suite that we got. The overall feel of the room lent itself to our being so comfortable just watching tv, we actually checked out later in the morning than we normally do when we travel! Kudos! Oh, the new check in lobby is a great improment over the old localtion! Service was impeccable even though there was a ... what people say » large golf tournament going on the weekend we were there. Very down to earth management with first class treatment. We will be back! - This was a 'girls get-away' weekend celebrating a birthday. The resort 's atmosphere was quite serene and peaceful. The service from the bar and restaurant was excellant and the staff were eager to please. Both the golf and hiking trails were great and well worth the hike. And what a blessing to have the 'Wounded Warriors' staying there at the same time.I would definetly recommend 'The Resort at Tapatio Springs' !
