  The hotel is beautiful, the lobby dome used to be a bank in 1900. Breakfast staff was excellent! We got a good rate with breakfast included with booking. Great location. - downtown location is great. Close to shopping, theaters, historical district and transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

  I stay at this hotel often because its a good place to stay. This time there was a snow storm during the night and I did not have a snow brush. The young lady at the desk said it was no problem and supplied me with brush and scraper. Great service ! - We checked in late (15min before a shift change at 11:00pm) and the staff member stayed past her... what people say » shift to check us in and give us directions to an open eaterie.
