Antique but well maintained building. My room was spacious. Great location at the very center of the city. Safety deposit was mistakenly charged twice, but closely followed after my claim and they notified me by e-mail about correction. location- walking distance to convention center; many shops and restaurants around the corner. Sports facility and spa were first class. Excellent in all areas. You're doing a wonderful job, and I plan to be going back this week or next.

Huge rooms, good bathrooms. staff, 14th floor, gym. Old classic feel. Historic hotel. Friendly staff. location very comfortable beds and bedding. The rooms were very large. There was a walk-in robe, plenty of room for 2 cases. Everything was OK. they did not have NBCsports as a channel on TV. Room was fairly small. Not as spectacular as you would expect for the money. The elevators were incredibly busy and we couldn't find a staircase that didn't say it would set off an alarm. We were 15 minutes late for dinner (which was only tragic because we were a party of 8 and they gave away our table because we weren't all available to be seated). In the morning we left 15 minutes earlier to prevent the issue and we were still late. Too few elevators for too many rooms with no options. The cost was quite expensive. very tired furnishings, very high price. The entrance is slightly confusing if you don't arrive at the right side of the building. toilet paper holder......if i had been 15 years older, or with joint problems, i would not have appreciated bending 270 degrees behind to get a sheet. the holder should be in front. Hotel alarm at 7am. the hotel rooms are dated. the room needs more then 1 mirror (there is a mirror in the bathroom and it would be great if there was a mirror in the main room) the shower curtain was too short which lead to water all over the bathroom floor the showerhead was poor. Room had high ceilings no 2nd chair, room rate should have included wifi for free. The rooms were run down in need of refurbishment. No complimentary wi-fi. Only one bedside table and lamp which I found really inconvient being an avid reader. Our room was dark and dingy, no outside window. It was noisy beyond belief! Could here every door slam, people talking and walking in the hallway. We told the front desk on check out and weren't even offered an apology. We would not recommend this hotel nor will we ever stay there again!.
