Front desk staff was very helpful. They educated me on use of the subway system and surrounding area. They were great. Housekeepers were helpful. Everyone made sure stay was comfortable. Breakfast was nice also. Bed was comfortable and pool was great. Location was right near subway. Grace and Ashley at the Front counter offered excellent customer service. Ashley even lent me a marker for the game and was happy to have it returned. nice to see people going above and beyond. Room was clean. Parking attendant was nice and friendly.

Even on the 11th floor in the back I could hear the constant noise of the street. The room was very spatious. Small but clean bathroom. No bath/shower gel but shampoo and conditioner. Flatscreen TV. WIFI free ; sometimes a bit slow. Good bed. Breakfast : lots of choices but all a bit high on fatty stuff. Bad coffee. I didn't like the fact the plates and cutlery was plastic and polysterene. It doesn't seem very green and is not appetizing. location and friendly staff. nicely appointed rooms and good bathroom size. the hotel position was superb,then my room was wide and very confortable. I liked the size of the rooms. I had no complaints. The free breakfast. Eggs were very runny and hard to eat. would skip it next time. recommend feather pillows be available. Outdoor pool closed. Unclear where the sports facility is. No dislikes. The shower/toilet room was microscopic. the breakfast was really awful...served in a depressing little room off the lobby. We disliked it so that we went across the street for a "real" breakfast. The bed was not comfortable, I woke up really sore both mornings I stayed with you. Also, as a business traveler, I would have liked a cafe/bar in the hotel to grab food in the evening (I often miss the typical dinner hour due to meetings and I don't like to have to walk around the city by myself to get food at night). Having to pay extra to park is annoying but I have come to expect it when staying in city locations. Having said that the fee was only $25 so it wasn't that bad. nothing. Parking staff is not only hard to understand and were a bit reckless valrt parking my car there were three fresh scratches on the rear bumper and no one from patriot to complain to.... Can't complain about anything. My room was missing the advertised refrigerator in the room. cost is high. Most of linen was stained. The pool area close early. that you have to pay extra for parking. Housekeeping did not make up our room until late afternoon. But that's not too bad. No dining facilities. internet was slower than dial up from the 90s. the outlet the tv and main lamps were plugged into was blown so I moved the plugs to new outlets when maintenance didnt show promptly. Parking is relatively cheap but the parking garage staff are sullen and someone belligerent. The price was quite expensive and some vending machines didn't work. The internet connection was terrible. It was flaky when I tried to connect to it, and when I did connect to it, it was worse than dialup. It was an EXTREMELY slow connection.
