When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking.
Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided.

Loved having a poolside room for the kids. LOVED the great breakfast buffet- lots of choices and everything hot and fresh-something for everyone. Enjoyed sitting alongside the pool area as well. Close to everything we needed. Problem with the toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently.

Large room with spartan furnishings. It seemed clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was small but I have stayed in mid-town NYC at three times the price with a smaller bath. Plenty of free parking. Close to highways and restaurants. An excellent value here. -

The staff were all very friendly. Even the cleaning staff smiled and said good morning to us as we were leaving and walking down the hall. The room was super clean. The price was great also for everything that the room offered. I also enjoyed my view as I could look out and see First Niagara Center where I went to attend Geroge Strait's concert.
