  The location is very good. I really liked the front desk crew and found them to be very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast ladies did a great job and the chow was very good, they alternated the chow to add variety. The room and the bed was very comfortable. I thank the management for allowing us bikers to utilize the front overhang to park our bikes and provide some cleanin - It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops, restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Fairly priced. Having two outside pools was nice. You should advertise that.

  The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem. The hotel itself is on beautiful grounds with an old-school charm, only a couple of minutes drive to a beautiful downt... what people say » own area with lots of shopping, parks and restaurants. The rooms are older, but are SUPER clean. The beds are comfortable and made with the nicest - Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

  I loved the big Plasma TV and I loved that the bedding was crisp and clean. Also the bathrooms were spotless. - staff was very knowledgeable of the area. My husband and I found this very helpful.

  This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. Needs were taken care of and the night manager(I think he was) was really helpful. All staff were not only helpful but pleasant. Our positive feeling about our stay is that we reserved for next year. Would highly recommend this hotel. - We loved area.   Self-contained unit, safe secure entry, spacious with modern kitchen facilities. Plastic bowls and plates cutlery etc..but I guess it saves washing and breakage. Good clothes storage facilities. Neighbourhood is quite ethnic..but safe as we walked back fro the subway late at night and went shopping to try to buy food to cook..which was impossible ... what people say » unless you have ethnic/Asian tastes. Most of the European restaurants are at the other end of Brooklyn near the bridge. Though there is a McDonalds ab - We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food! Also, there were some really great cafes and bars in walking distance (we loved sycamore - which is a flower shop with a bar in the back, milk and honey - which has great breakfast, and there is even a coffee shop at newkirk plaza station that had Toby's

  They have 2 outdoor pools and one indoor. The playground with swings and tree fort so the kids had plent to do along with basketball court and tennis court, they had shuffle board which was fun.   We booked the room with breakfast, which was excellent value. Food great but service extremely slow. Excellent for comfort and cleanliness. - I liked the location. Auburn is a nice town. The pool was nice and the hotel was clean and the staff very nice and helpful.

  It was easy access to gaming. Rooms were very comfortable. Prompt service when asking for towels for three. Extremely quiet hotel. Considering going again for Easter if there is a special for two nights stay.

  I chose this hotel for its good price and location next to the airport with free shuttle. I live in Buffalo and my plane left before dawn, so this was a better option than leaving my house at 4 A.M. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft, the shower great, the new lg tv on the wall awesome. I would definitely choo... what people say » se Sleep Inn again. - desk staff super friendly and helpful. Snowed all weekend and one of the staff came and shoved out our car for us. Desk staff always very cheerful. They kept the lobby floor from getting too wet from the snow. Maintenance came right away when we were having trouble with our fridge. This is my second time here and was a super great experience
