Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great.

The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. The decor and facilities were excellent and despite having a room overlooking 46th St noise was not an issue and it was a nice view to look out upon opening the curtains in Oct sun in NY. Loved our short stay here. Great location and charming inn - more like staying in a home than a hotel, which is especially hard to come by in New York. We had large, comfortable room on the main floor. Friendly staff (and friendly cat!), cozy breakfast room. We liked the bar downstairs as well. We will definitely come back here another time.

First of all an excellent view to Manhattan. Short walk to the Path-train, taking you to Manhattan. The travel distance was short, and it was actually relaxing coming back to Jersey City in the evening after a crowded and hectic day in NYC.
The flat (one bedroom) was large enough for the four of us (two girls 12 & 16) and the beds in the livingroom were comfortable. No complaints! Also a nice mall in Newport for quiet shopping. We spent 10 days, but for a shorter weekend and only two adults

The amenities is perfect with a washing machine and a dryer.
The staff provided us a high chair and a travel bed for our baby.

The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).
