  Staff, area, price (not all hotels had the price for 2 nights, most hotels that were less expensive wanted a 3 nights and since we could only stay 2 nights, this was perfect) - the room was very clean and there was free breakfast every morning and the bathroom was stocked with aveda products

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so much better than I expected, better than most hotels I have stayed at in New York for less the half the price. It was great to be so close to Chelsea, East Village, West Village and Greenwich village. I will definately stay there again on my next visit! - Excellent.   The location is perfect to visit NYC without the stress of the Big City (the PATH station is just 5 minutes of walking time away and the first thing you see in the morning is the wonderful skyline of NY across the Hudson). It was totally worth the money paid for and had excellent and friendly staff as well as hotel room was beautiful and loved the Location <3 - For what I used the hotel for, it surpassed my expectations, the reviews I read are very harsh, this hotel is a place I plan on staying at again.   yes but prefer a more central location, but can´t beat value for money in NYC. - The price was terrefic. Location not bad, very clean friendly staff. Free wifi on hotel's computer in lobby. Great for checking e mails etc.

  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
