  The staff was very helpful and courteous. Easy to engage in conversation. Nice comfy beds and clean. Any thing extra a person might need was provided. Would like to see grip bars in the bathtub and just overall freshening up.   The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted. We didn't want a pool or anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. - The staff was friendly. The facility was smoke free! Our stay was very comfortable.

  We liked the convenience of location. My husband was a patient at Mayo and we were able to commute everyday to appointments. They offer a free shuttle to the clinic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again if needed. It was close to dining services. We needed an extra night and they were very accommodating to this need.   very friendly and helpful , paid twice as much for a room similiar two weeks ago and it wasn't as nice as your rooms. Service was better too! - We knew we wouldn't,t be in the room alot so it met our needs. It was a small quiet room. Nothing special but it was cheap.
