The shuttle bus service to Mayo Clinic. The staff were very accommodating and very pleasant. The comfy beds and delicious breakfast. Friendly and god breakfast. Breakfast excellent and cleanliness. Daughter wouldn't take crib provided, had to sleep on the extra beds' comforter and blankets. I found out after checkout we were never informed about the Mayo discount. When asked if they could adjust our bill the young man said no! We moved to another place when we returned later that week. How sad to be denied when you have ill family. We won't go back and we deserve a fair adjustment!.
