  I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out. Your staff was great at resolving the problem - Staff were frie... what people say » ndly and the room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle service was efficient and the drivers were extremely courteous.

  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly.   Right off the freeway and under 10 minutes to several eateries. Comfy, large bed. Above average continental breakfast. Large room. A little pricey. Overall a good stay. Staff friendly. Express check-out. - Everything, especially the hot tub in our room. Very friendly and helpful check in person working at the desk. Good value for the price.
