I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out. Your staff was great at resolving the problem. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle service was efficient and the drivers were extremely courteous.

The heater/blower was a little noisy (and it was a cold night, so it ran a lot); there were numerous pillows, but none of them were very soft. I didn't care for the entrance door to the hotel- the circular door mounted on a central pivot point. The regular doors on either side of the middle circular door made if hard to get the luggage in. Nothing. We were stranded at Mall of America for 3/4 hour when the courtesy bus didn't arrive after we had booked a ride by telephone giving our name. Cost $20 taxi ride back to the hotel. Airplanes over hear at 4 am!! No parking!. The comforter is too heavy. cell reception poor. Pillows. Main restaurant was closed and the bartender was both bartender and waitress for dinner in the bar. There was no other staff. Our order was served wrong and the food was mediocre. Our room didn't have a microwave or fridge and we learned that you have to pay extra for them. Took a long time for the hot water to get to the fifth floor, room 504. I had someone open my door in the middle of the night. I called down to the front desk and they thought someone had the wrong room but I told them that the guy had actually opened the door and I thought maybe they doubled booked. I couldn't fall asleep after that and it was very scary. The bathroom was dirty. Toothpaste and emptied coffee left in the sink from the previous guest, gross! Makes me question what else was not cleaned. In these days the cleanliness of the room is a huge priority. Maybe all hotels should pay their clean staff more money, since this is a true reflection of the hotel!. Dining and ants in room which never were taken care of. The room was very dirty. The air conditioner was stinky and had to turn it off. The bed was not comfortable and pillows were horrible.
