  The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.   The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. Happy hour at the Bank was reasonable the drinks and food were good. Staff very polite and accommodating? Would have loved to have the giant bottle of La Crem... what people say » a from the bank vault delivered to our room for us to consume. - I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

  The staff was very helpful and courteous. Easy to engage in conversation. Nice comfy beds and clean. Any thing extra a person might need was provided. Would like to see grip bars in the bathtub and just overall freshening up.   The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The shuttle to and from the Excel Center was an extra perk we had not planned on. - They were very nice and helpful. I like the location right next to the capital.
