Really lovely historic property on beautiful grounds, a short drive from the Lee town center. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms - really vary in size, but the public areas more than compensate for the smaller rooms if you get one. The renovation was A+, Im a designer so Im sensitive to design and layout and flow. It was grand but the price point wasn't, that rarely happens. We had a matvelous breakfast outside on the terrace we did not have dinner I would next time. We will def return. It was quiet

The breakfast included in the price was a big help because with two young children you never know if they're actually going to eat or not. Also the request for privacy was excellent we were not bothered the entire time we were there and all the staff was very pleasant. -

Clean and quiet are my two biggies. CSH was both. What amazed me was the level of service. Breakfast was wonderful with specialty coffees and real eggs. The owner and the managers and staff were so gracious and helped with everything we needed.
Thank you for providing a memorable stay for us and our kids from Waltham. You even let the kids (4 of them) have a gratis breakfast with us twice. With hot chocolate. WOW!
