  Beautiful facility. Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night. Clean! Liked having the lounge- so comfortable with multiple kinds of seating and pool tables, etc. liked idea of a restaurant there- but didn't have an opportunity to use it.   Location across from Nantasket Beach was why I chose this resort. Being across from the beach was convenient, especially since we there during a heat wave. We were in a 2 queen bed apartment, and it was nice, clean and comfortable. We really just spent the entire time on this vacation on the beach and in the pool. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.   The staff was SUPER accommodating and VERY friendly and efficient. The lcoation was within walking distance of most shops and restaurants in Hyannis. I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff.   The very fair value for quality vs. other comparative hotels in area that I searched. The convenience to highway travel. The comfort and cleanliness of the room and building. The breakfast in the morning.The friendliness of the staff.   My room was very nice and comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. My room had a great view of the ocean and pool. The water was fabulous, the staff was great. I mentioned to one of the staff members at the beach that the stair was to high for me. He immediately got a shovel and started packing sand under the stair to make it easier for me to clim... what people say » b the bottom stairs - The beach services is really good they provide you beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The beach staff is also helpful and friendly. There is also a bar that serves you on the beach, but you can also bring your cooler and fill free with ice in the ice machine located close to the beach.
