The Napili Surf was excellent in every aspect of our stay. They go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It felt very homey yet is right on a great little beach with excellent snorkeling and enough waves for the young (and a few older) boogie-boaders. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff were immediately responsive to any request that we had. We found every employee at the resort to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area of Ko Olina was perfect for us. Golf, restaurants and beach activities all within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. Downtown Honolulu traffic was a nightmare and we were so pleased we did not have to deal with that mess on a daily basis.

The staff was by far the best I have encountered my for years living here. Professional, dedicated, polite, they felt like a family and they made me and my girlfriend feel very welcome and connected.
The room was perfect, the bag handler even showed us a private tour of our room and how to use many of its features.
