Florida 1* star Hotels

This Hotel is excellent, staff are helpful, the rooms are clean. This hotel is also one of the cheapest ones I have visited. (Don,t let that put you off in any way) The complementary breakfast is the icing on the cake (so to speak) Only complaint is the location is not brilliant but that,s OK Going to Key West? Why pay more? - David

This one falls into the roach motel category. A clean one, but still in the motel 6, super 8 level. It was cheap, on the main drag in Kissimmee & the people running it were nice. The pool is clean but kinda detached from the motel (across the parking lot). We didn't use the play area so I can't really comment on that. Others have remarked about the lack of shampoo/conditioners, this is true, bring your own or get them from the drug store. The breakfast is bare basics...all we ever had was ce - Clive

I just returned from a 7 day stay at the Saxony. I had a great time. The staff was great. For the price of this motel you can't beat it. Its location was perfect and the room was huge! It is an older hotel but if your looking for a good place on a budget this is the place. I will be returning there next year for sure, - Colin

We were concerned after reading some of the reviews but once there found the reviews to be untrue. The room was clean, no dirty sheets, the refridgerator and microwave were fine. There were 6 in our party, 4 teens. They all had a great time!. Stayed out in the pool every night. Poolside was clean. We found the staff quickly responded to our requests. The housekeeping staff was just great. If you are looking for a Hilton type place, don't stay here. This is an older hotel with modern day staff. T - Damian

I recently took a trip to Daytona with my 4 1/2 yr old son and 19 month old daughter. Once we arrived in Daytona, I just drove down Atlantic to find a hotel to stay in, and Sunny Shore caught my eye. The personnel was very friendly, the accomodations we very clean, the view was amazing. Most importantly, since I was by myself with my children I felt very safe at Sunny Shore for the 2 nights and 3 days that we stayed. I would recommend this resort to anyone travelling with or without children! Ho - Matthew

I stayed at the Super 8 Hotel in Davenport, Florida, and I have nothing but great things to say about it: When I requested a room that overlooks the pool, the clerk painstakingly researched my request and gave me what I requested. When I had special requests, the Assistant General Manager, Ben Tarver, went out of his way to accommodate me. On occasions, he sent housekeepers to my room within seconds of my requests. I truly felt like royalty during my stay at the Super 8 Motel. Addition - Mark

Marie was very helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. If I needed anything for my room she and Anita made sure I had it. I've been going to Aqua Terrace for almost 20 years now and Marie is by far the best manager they have had out of the owners that have been there. Anita is by far the best housekeeper. They are both very attentive. The rooms have improved and are comfortable as usual. The view was magnificent. Becky Gill - Simon

We stayed at this hotel while on our way to vacation in Key West. It is a perfect stopping place and is just on the northern edge of the Keys. My family of five found our suite to be super clean and comfortable with beautiful, new furnishings. The service at the front desk was over-the-top helpful and they happily accomodated our special requests. We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat! - Irvine
