This was my second time staying here on my own while visiting friend/family in the area. The location can't be beat - you are two seconds from the beach and right on the main strip of south beach with easy access to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and housekeeping did an great job. They had even made some improvements since my last stay in March 09. The reception staff was nice, bartender blend, room was small with dark light, which I really liked, that was romantic, small bathroom. It was quiet there even though there are bars and clubs all around. Happy hour, all you can drink, vodka & gin drinks 7 - 8 for free, but there was no breakfast included, which I read about in the hotel description. It is less than a few miles from Walt Disney and sits back and is very quite. The room was nice and clean and we even asked for extra the towels and they brought right down. What this is is an excellent quality budget hotel, clean, good service and all you need in the rooms, including the ironing board, microwave, tv, fridge and coffee making facilities.
