Beautiful b&b in the great little town of Phoenicia. If you stay there you can walk to practically everything in town. Beautifully appointed in a country/Victorian style. Tom the owner is just the nicest, most accomodating guy..

furniture and a clean, upscale bathroom. The breakfast had varied
offerings and the food was good. My kids and I arrived a few minutes
after the breakfast was scheduled to end, but the server let us come in

The Inn is in a good location in north eastern Connecticut and about a 40 minute drive from PVD airport. It is a good value and next to a Dunken Donuts for your morning coffee and snack. -

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall appearance and cleanliness
of the room and pool. I was nervous about the stay bc of the bad
reviews. In my opinion they were totally off base. The staff was
courteous and helpful. They made sure we had a pet free/smoke free
room due to allergies. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was
actually good.

The hotel was very easy to access off of the main interstate 84. The
room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Regardless of negatives,
I would stay here again and recommend to anyone in the area.
