The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. The setting could not be more beautiful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very lovely. The public spaces are sumptuous and elegantly appointed. The rooms while extremely basic, and more like a well designed motel than a resort still had the finest textiles. Thick towels and pillow top beds with high count sheets.

The waiter for our dinner was great. We wanted something that was not on the menu and they accommodated us very nicely. we we running short on time as we were going to an event a few miles away and when we told him this he brought us the bill immediately. He could not have been nicer!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and well kept. No noise during the evening hours, and you cannot hear other travelers in their rooms. Great location. Very close to many many different restaurants. -

There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. Un-fortunatly when we arrived we could not see the lobby for Sala Dancers, their friends parents etc. There was a lot of noise in the corridors but the staff stopped that & the manager was incredible kind to us.........

breakfast. Fairly close to beaches, Mystic Seaport, and Mohegan Sun. Had

Registration was easy; front desk staff were pleasant and accomodating. Our room/area had been recently redecorated, things appeared new with only some mild finish/detail work needed. Room was quiet. No real major flaws; would stay here again or recommend to others.
