  There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room. The rooms while extremely basic, and more like a well designed motel than a resort still had the finest textiles. Thick towels and pillow top beds with high count sheets.
