  The staff was always there to help in a friendly way. They droe us to a friends house for dinner. The even tried to carry our bags to another hotel when we had to change locations. - Very excellent use of space.within the small space..lovely ladies at hotel desk....nice cleaning staff..very convenient

  The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. Im pregnant and had a massive headache and the staff brought me up a choice of advil or tylenol around 4:30am when I just couldn't take it any... what people say » more. I was expecting to pay $50 or so for it, but it was on the house. Pleasantly suprised! Such nice people. - I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a hotel Experience in my life. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks

  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  Great location in town. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. Suburb facilities and staff. - service excellent. Prices, as in ALL things in Aspen, were at a significant premium, but worth it.

  We were there for an 18-person family reunion. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs with regard to meals, rooms, and the like. The rooms were generally comfortable, although the sofa beds were less so. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and the children loved them. The lodge was close enough to town so that we c... what people say » ould get what we needed quite easily, and it was only a short frive to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. - letsbookhotel.com did not the the rooms correct. We were looking to stay in a suite and the lodge does not have a suite. All the rooms have a different floor plan as well but, the caretaker was more than happy to take care of us and even lowered our rate!
