  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  Great location in town. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. Suburb facilities and staff. - service excellent. Prices, as in ALL things in Aspen, were at a significant premium, but worth it.

  The staff was always there to help in a friendly way. They droe us to a friends house for dinner. The even tried to carry our bags to another hotel when we had to change locations. - Very excellent use of space.within the small space..lovely ladies at hotel desk....nice cleaning staff..very convenient

  We only stayed for one night, but found the service to be excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the mountains, and the kids liked the pool table and x-box games in an area right off the lobby.   The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. Im pregnant and had a massive headache and the staff brought me up a choice of advil or tylenol around 4:30am when I just couldn't take it any... what people say » more. I was expecting to pay $50 or so for it, but it was on the house. Pleasantly suprised! Such nice people. - I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a hotel Experience in my life. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks

  Gorgeous hotel with superb service, rooms are spacious with wonderful linens and sitting area with fireplace, concierge service is top-notch, setting is perfect at the base of Aspen Mountain, lots to do in the summertime: music, golf, fly fishing, hiking. - Perfect service!!!!! Seriously top notch.
