  The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Even the new hire/ first day on the job female was a joy at ch... what people say » eck out. She smiled and laughed her way thru my misspelling of my name thru mumble. Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).

  The owners and staff of the Castle Marne are very calm, friendly and helpful. My luggage missed the transfer at London Heathrow airport and was delivered later at the hotel. I immediately received a phone call in my room once it arrived. Being upgraded to a room with jacuzzi didn't hurt either. Overall a very pleasant experience that - The house was comfortable and offered a sitting area indoors and a lovely patio outside which we could enjoy so we weren't limited to just the bedroom, which is important to me. The bedroom was a little on the small side but since we didn't spend a lot of time there it wasn' t an issue. Breakfast was perfect, personally prepared and delicious. The owner was personable and friendly but not too overbearing.

  Good Friday was the best day of my entire life. Driving up from Kansas we were very kindly greeted upon arrival. Cute room with a fireplace.
