valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area,

The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and
always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was
fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St.
Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to
get to where we were going.

The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just
tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are
nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the
staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees).
This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an
excellent restaurant(s).

A very nice room but a little on the pricey side, of course its hard to find a nice and cheap hotel near downtown Denver. However, the hotel is located right next to a World of Beer! The design of the hotel is elegant and interesting. The rooms are well appointed---three sinks! and very comfortable. Great for entertaining. I loved being able to use the living room area and relax. Classy decor and nice amenities. Breakfast was crowded by great quality. I think they handled the lines of people as well as could be expected.
