  The staff is very helpfull, friendly and professional, at the desk we were helped by Sergio. The Location is excellent, very nearby times square, Rooms are clean and good value for money. The Hotel feels very safe inside because of the good security. Frank and Duba - Our room was a suite_not requested. View of the Hudson was an extra. I felt safe and the room was clean and neat.

  I enjoyed City Club more than any NYC hotel in which I've stayed in the past (incl. Times Square Westin and Marriott Marquis). When I arrived, the staff had my suitcase inside the hotel before I was even out of the taxi. The door was opened for me almost every single time I went in or out, regardless of the hour of day or night. - Hotel was very mo... what people say » dern, clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful, delicious cookies were left in your room every evening . Location was good if you want to be close to midtown attractions but is quite a hike down to downtown where I wanted to spend most of my time in NY, although it is a nice walk.
