Stay at this hotel was GREAT! Our flight arrive early around 10-11am we got to check in early (suite was avail). The suite we booked was nice and spacious,very clean with a nice view! Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

This place was fantastic! We stayed only one night and my only regret is that we didn't stay the whole week. It was a little bit of a drive to the strip but it is worth it. This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! The staff were all friendly, and our room was serviced everyday !!! I am extremely pleased with Blue Green, and look forward to staying there again in the future !!!

Great value. Nice rooms. Full kitchen. Roomy shower and nice Jacuzzi. Place is actually a timeshare resort, so they gave us the option to get free tickets to Circ Du Soleil to listen to a timeshare salespitch. Liked the place enough that we almost bought a timeshare.
