  Stay at this hotel was GREAT! Our flight arrive early around 10-11am we got to check in early (suite was avail). The suite we booked was nice and spacious,very clean with a nice view! Suite had everything we needed (fridge,microwave etc). Was also close to the strip (like a 2 min walk just cross the street an your on the strip). I give it 10 :) - Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

  Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride. Baby cakes coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't nickel & dime me.

  Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable! Most of the main resorts are within walking distance, and there's a 24-hour bus service that whizzes up and do - I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels. Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

  I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... what people say » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.
