  The staff at this hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced. Considering this is a 4-star and not a 5-star, my friends and I were extremely impressed by their helpfulness and friendliness. One day during our stay the pool had to be closed for a few hours unexpectedly while it was treated with chemicals. We got a deal at about 800 for the room for 7 nights and it was well worth it.   Nice, very clean room, spacious but could have been a bit larger (we had big suitcases and was tricky to find the right spot to open them). Nice furniture, in very good state. Very good mattress, soft. Excellent quality bed sheets but less quality towels (but still good). No casino so really easy to get to - Staff at front desk were always pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Workout room was great, well equipped and everything worked.   We were traveling with our four children and we were all very pleased with this hotel. We liked the cleanliness, decoration, the room set-up. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is nice, bright, contemporary design. The staff was professional and pleasant, the shuttle drivers were great, and we liked being in a non-casino hot... what people say » el off the Strip. The shuttle gets you to the strip in about 5 minutes. The fitness room was very nice and the pool as well. Of the four different hot - Room was big with 2 large queens and a separate living area with sofabed. Very clean with good breakfast daily. Nice rooftop pool with views of city. Very kid friendly and will def stay again and highly recommend to all. Only minus was location a bit away from strip but if with car like us no prob. Walking distance was Circus circus which kids LOVED for rides and games. Great housekeeping kept room clean daily.
