- according to some reviews I read, the area is shady, but this is not true - there are homeless people, but its like in any other big city, they ask for money or food (happened only once to me at 4am)

The room was very comfortable. The fridge was a great advantage and so was the complimentary coffee. The hotel is close to downtown Las Vegas and there is a good shuttle bus to the Strip, the bus to the airport stops at the corner of the street. It isn't one of the huge resort hotels where you have to wait 5 mins for an elevator, then wait while the elevator stops at every floor and you have 35 stories to go, to be followed by an incredibly long walk down a dark hallway to finally reach your room, only to discover that your key card doesn't work and you have all the way back to the front desk.

I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

The hotel staff are very nice, and professional and have very great postive attitudes here. I had a very pleasant exprience here I will never forget!! it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free
breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that
it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi
ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip
when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would
stay there again.

Location was great at the start of the strip and within walking distance
to the bus stop. The lobby of the motel was a convenient store with
everything you need. I am a diabetic needed fridge for my medication
they couldn't provide a fridge but they gave us ice free of charge
for our length of stay.
