The best thing about the hotel is that does not have a casino in the lobby. So you do avoid smelling like cigarettes when getting to your room. Rooms are cleaner that most hotels on the strip, which makes a great value for money, since you paid less for a cleaner room. The hotel is located a block away from the strip. If you don't have a car this might be a disadvantage, however, if you have a car, this might turn out to be in your favor: If your destination is the strip you can drive and par.
all reviews » Everything. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would stay there again. The rooms were very comfortable, a lot of comfort. Over the top budget friendly, extremely nice room with a large flat screen TV. We really enjoyed ourselves, I would definately book here again in the future, I usually come to Vegas three times a year, but at these prices, there may be more visits in the year to come.....GyGi. Staff are really friendly expect ally the bartender. I asked for directions to a place and she kindly helped me out. The woman at the front desk was incredible she made me feel very welcomed from the moment I checked in until checkout. Breakfast was delicious too!. The place was great free wifi nice couch in the room. It was very nice. We also got the breakfast wich was very good. I would say the bonuses were better than our friends who stayed in a casino and didn't get the free breakfast or wifi. Great value and less crowds. Loved this one. Very clean. Common areas and our Room smelled somewhat of stale smoke, disappointing. Nothing. The staff from the front desk appeared over whelmed and took away from customer service. It has thin walls, couldn't sleep while hearing ppl in the halls are next door. Annoying loud guests on our floor slamming doors & yelling late into the night. Parking was limited. The shuttle bus restricted drop off. Breakfast could have been a bit more for people with allergies. No fridge in room. nothing. No refrigerator. I've become accustomed to having one in the room for storing snacks for the road, medications, cold water, etc. Bath towels were OK, but not as good as most Hamptons I've stayed at over the years. A bit on the thin side. At check in we were told room was a king size bed instead of 2 Queens; due to letsbookhotel.com. Hotel eventually resolved by John at front desk despite hotel being full. Not very sound proof. I could hear every word our neighbors said all hours of the night. Also the card reader didn't work half of the time. Very frustrating when just getting there after 10 hours of travel or when carrying a lot in your hands. Just to have to go back down to the lobby. Nothing. nothing. Thought I had booked Tropicana Casino property. no fridge at hotel room elevator far and slowly to ride. We had no hot water. Nothing. nothing. The pool water to cool. The elevators were very slow. And the buffet breakfast was too congested with too many people. Room was a little bit old. The hair dryer was smell like burning when use it. AC was so noisy. We had to turn it off during at night. Ignored my request for room location and view Service to airport left at 6:00 but breakfast served at 6:00. would have been nice to start breakfast at 05:45. Breakfast was chaotic, far too many people for the space they had allocated and the hot options were poor.
