  I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants, movie theather, bowling alley, and Target. When I had a problem with my room type and the non working refrigerator they addressed it the next morning, apologized repeatedly,offered a 50.00 credit toward the room without me asking and provided complimentary bottles of cold bevera... what people say » ges for the replacement room.. - The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

  What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA. Thank you for an excellent stay. - The room was very nice spacious room.... what people say » It reminded me of an upscale Las Vegas hotel room. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and was a 2 minute walk to la live and the staples center.
