  Accomodation was like comfort flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, showers and jaccuzzi baths, livingroom and kitchen, TV sets, washmachine, cloth washmachine, cloth dryer... Having four daghters it was important that we had multiple showers and had a full kitchen so we could cook breakfasts and dinners while we paclked lunches for the parks. And the location was great! Super Close to Universal.

  Arrived after a long taxi ride, to the point orlando resort, it was a bit away from everything, not quite what we had expected. But if you have a rental car, then the location would be perfect, as it is quite a walk to restaurants etc. We had a lovely greeting at the reception area, and was informed of everything we needed, and had our bags taken ... what people say » by the delightful Josh, who was just lovely.The hotel does have a taxi service/company that they use, but it is slightly expensive and its not a norma - This is an experience I will never forget. Upon arriving there was a bit of an issue with room choice, but my issue was immediately addressed and my room was up graded with no further delay. The room was absolutely delightful and both myself and husband will never forget The point resort. The staff was friendly. The rooms was tended to everyday with fresh towels/replenished and the bed was made. Accessibility to all major attractions and sights are awesome as all attractions are only mins away.

We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee.   the water park had something for both of our kids to play in. The small grocery store was great had alot of stuff and wasn't expensive. Most hotels don't offer that kind of store.   On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked. ... what people say » This he did. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet.   Good games room and very cheap tokens was great to keep kids entertained. Room was comfortable and clean and hotel was in a perfect central location. We didn't eat here but was well priced and looked nice. Hotel staff were very nice and parking was free and close. Free internet was fabulous and fridge, microwave and coffee maker made everything so... what people say » much easier with kids (TV was huge too, which helped keep our eldest entertained for the short time we were in the room) - Stayed two separate nights at each end of a fortnight travelling in/out of Sanford airport. Got a good deal on 'walk-in prices' the first occasion and was upgraded to an Executive suite on second stay by an alert receptionist who recognised me as a previous customer. The excellent customer care is typical of Raddison Hotels I've stayed at in Europe and Bejing. I will go back to Orlando Raddison. Late check-out ( noon) very welcome.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair Kit! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios. Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.
