  I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. We liked the breakfast and the social with the two drinks and then the evening meal that was availab... what people say » le. The personnel that handled those amenities were very professional and quickly removed our plates as we finished. - This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

When I arrived I needed water to take my meds and I was immediately given a bottle from the gift shop along with my sister who was traveling with me. I only regret I do not remember the staff member's name. I think it was Lisa. She saw me the next morning and said 'Good morning Mrs. Hollis'. I thought how in the world could she remember my day from the previous day with all the guests she had encountered. I was impressed.

  The staff was friendly. Parking was only $10 per day. A few blocks from the metro. Several restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. There was also a grocery store, pharmacy and convenience store a few blocks away. Room was clean and spacious. They have a pool which I hoped to use but never got around to, and a fitness room that stays open ... what people say » 24 hours. Overall great value and very convenient. Quiet and safe neighborhood; nightclubs were only a couple metro stops away. My friends and I staye - Overall the the hotel excellent and is in a good location to visit Washington as it is close to a subway and within walking distance/bus ride of the wonderful and vibrant Georgetown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We did stay during the government shutdown but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. However, perhaps the hotel management need not have reflected the temperature of the debate betw

  I stay here now for business whenever I am in DC and the hotel has a room available. It is a popular place for groups and individual tourists as well. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The food is good and more than enough for an average adult or child. Book ahead if you can - the rooms sell out quickly! - The rooms were spacious. The jim was adequately equipped. There was amc theatre and Courthouse metro station just two minutes away. There was a 12 hours shuttle always available to take you to metro. 7 days breakfast which was more than sufficient/ sitting area was spacious as well. There was complimentary dinner on Mon/Tue/Wed I am glad I choose this hotel for my stay, would definately go there next time as well.

  It was terrific. Staff very very welcoming and friendly. Facilities (like the coffee station and free WiFi) were excellent. Breakfast was great - loads of choice and the packed breakfast option was really of benefit on the morning I had to leave the hotel early. Location was terrific to see all the sights of DC. Rachel in the breakfast area was very polite and efficient. She could have used some help from additional staff on Sunday morning. On Monday, the manager was assisting her with keeping up with the food demands of the guests. The rooms were spacious, quiet and very comfortable.
