  I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. The personnel that handled those amenities were very professional and quickly removed our plates as we finished. - This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

I only regret I do not remember the staff member's name. I think it was Lisa. She saw me the next morning and said 'Good morning Mrs. Hollis'. I thought how in the world could she remember my day from the previous day with all the guests she had encountered. I was impressed.

  My room was very small, especially the bathroom, and the breakfast choices were meager. Still, it was comfortable and quiet and it's reasonably easy to get into DC. The shuttle to the Roslyn bus station runs early, but sadly not late enough in the evening. One good option is to take the subway home to the Clarendon station and then walk 15 minutes... what people say » to the hotel. When exiting at Clarendon, make a right out of the metro exit and go down the side street called Hlighland. There is a good sports bar - Swimming pool was well maintained, as were the grounds and facilities generally. The room was comfortable and the staff seemed quite nice and quite helpful. I appreciated the computer for use by guests located in the lobby. It really helped to be able to access on-line information for directions and site specific information on local attractions etc.

  Free shuttle from airport to/from hotel every 20 min. Free shuttle from hotel to the Metro every 18 min. The Metro is a low price, clean and safe subway/train service. Breakfast was free buffet- style that was clean, hot and pleasing to eat(not gourmet style but plain). You should have no complaints from kids who won't eat "green" or "spicy" food.... what people say » I stayed at Holiday Inn the next couple of days with friends and longed for the Residence Inn food that I had given up to travel on long bus rides to - Staff was professional and friendly, very accommodating. The one bedroom suite was great. The cleaning staff kept it very clean. We did not need their services on a daily basis but when we did, their service was excellent. Our stay was 7 days. The hotel is new and very well designed. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes providing access to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store was on the route. It was a wonderful week for us we will definitely stay there again.

  I took the Metrobus 5A from Dulles International Airport and went off at Rosslyn Metro Center. From there, it was just 7-8 minutes walk to the hotel. From Rosslyn you can take the Orange or Blue subway-line to most of the tourist attractions. I did not encounter any problems with the free in room WiFi during my 5 day-stay. More than 50 TV channe - Very friendly and helpful Staff from front of house to housekeeping. Doesn't serve meals but, there is a restaurant next door or there is Ruby Tuesdays where we got a couple if excellent meals.. Can get coffee in reception from a machine if you can't be bothered to use the coffee making facilities in room. Room and bathroom clean. Would stay here again.

  The staff was friendly. Parking was only $10 per day. A few blocks from the metro. Several restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. There was also a grocery store, pharmacy and convenience store a few blocks away. Room was clean and spacious. Quiet and safe neighborhood; nightclubs were only a couple metro stops away. My friends and I staye - Overall the the hotel excellent and is in a good location to visit Washington as it is close to a subway and within walking distance/bus ride of the wonderful and vibrant Georgetown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
