  Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black out drapes were closed. I loved my stay at this hotel. - It was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was really nice and even though it was late in the day the maid service still stopped by my room to see if I needed anything. Will stay there again

  In general, I like the suites in Residence Inn more than regular rooms because of the kitchen. I enjoyed the stay and I had no complaint about anything. Marriot really rocks.

  This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! It is very convenient to Tempe (via light rail or car), downtown (same), south Scottsdale and all of central Phoenix. The rooms are very nice, with a good modern feel.
