Really the only place to stay in vegas if you want a chilled atmosphere.It is relaxing and well positioned near the middle of the strip. Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

Everything. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And
it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free
breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that
it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi
ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip
when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would
stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!!
