We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. First off, we checked in earlier than normal check-in and we got
upgraded to a Corner King Suite which was huge, spacious! There was a

The hotel had beautiful design both inside and out. The rooms were
finished to a high standard. The hotel is ideally located for exploring
rest of the strip but a haven for escaping the noise also. The staff
were helpful and we were upgraded on our second night to a executive
room as we were on our honeymoon. We were also given champagne and
strawberries upon returning from our trip to the grand canyon booked

Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.

The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed
in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small
problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no
fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you
offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly
expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am
recommending your website to all of my friends.
