  The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. We arrived for the boston marathon as participants and fans and the staff was extremely accomodating and helpful from the check-in, bell service, room service, valet, etc. Under the terrible circumstances during the marathon, the Marriott did an extraordinary job of stepping up and ma... what people say » king our stay very comfortable. - The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

  I liked the overall modernity of the room design. I first saw the room in an image online. The room looked gorgeous! And was amazed at how, in reality, it was just as beautiful. The little kitchenette gave it a homey feel. I only stayed for three nights, but from what I experienced, the room was kept clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and ... what people say » the studios were located in the middle of back bay. Perfect! - It's better than most 4 or 5 star hotels in Boston. Brand new studios with a great fit out. Although there is no room service facility but across the street was a 7/11, restaurant and dry cleaners. Location is about 4 blocks away from newbury street.

  This Hostel was way more than I had expected ! Extremely spacious with various areas where you could relax and enjoy their free tea or coffee (a shame that their wonderful hot chocolate we had at breakfast wasn't working in this area ) They even provided free popcorn and cookies too! I certainly hadn't expected that for a Hostel.It was great having the use of the - The room was extremely affordable, allowing us to use what little money we had on exploring the city. The hostel is very close to a couple subway stations which was great for getting around. The rooms are small but suit your needs. The people working there were very polite, professional, and were willing to answer our millions of questions about attractions, restaurants, and directions.
