Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything. Enjoyed and appreciated complimentary wineandcheese offered before show, allowed us have leisurely late meal after show. Breakfast was great. We were able to leave our luggage to shop for a while the next day, which was very helpful. Overall REALLY liked hotel, would go back!!

The Marriot Marquis have a very friendly staff. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. The restaurants, gift shops and loungres are very convenient as well. Over our opinion of hotel is a excellent plus plus.

$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
