Staff were great and cheerful and always stopped what they were doing to say "welcome back" each time I came back to the hotel. Breakfast was great and never felt overly busy.

We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine.   This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. - The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.
