So well located that I could easily pop out and back in quickly (was freezing out). Staff were great and cheerful and always stopped what they were doing to say "welcome back" each time I came back to the hotel. Breakfast was great and never felt overly busy.

  From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was just perfect. We drove to nyc and we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The staff was warm and welcoming. The location is great because the subway is just a block north of the hotel and it is in the heart of a revitalized district of of New York.   On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

  This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. - The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.
