  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready with a quick answer to questions, as well as, recommendations for travel, tours and dining. Thi... what people say » s may have been the finest hotel staff I have ever encountered! - Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing- special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are too short : 10 to 6pm

  This hotel was well located within walking distance of Times Sqaure and also near to the main subway and bus routes which could take you around Manhattan and the rest of New York city. Facilities were just right when you consider that we only used the hotel for rest as we were constantly outside exploring the city. - The hotel was in an excellent... what people say » location, the staff were very helpful and my room was clean and comfortable.
