  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. From Concierge to Front desk to bellboy, they are committed to their work. Bravo! I travel extensively and was at first a bit worried about staying in this... what people say » huge, busy hotel, expecting an overwhelmed staff but it was not the case and I would definitely go there again and recommend it to many! - Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... what people say » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   OM-Gosh! What a hotel.... Firstly the staff are A-mazing and secondly the hotel is just marvellous. This hotel is more like a private members club than a hotel, its chic, suave and sophisticated but by no means 'showey' like most high-end expensive hotels. Soft-Drinks and Treats in the room are all gratis which - The closest hotel I have found is the Milestone in London. It has perfect, large rooms for NYC, free snacks and soft drinks, a wonderful spa, and enough quirks and charms to make it I suspect the best hotel experience in NYC. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.
