We loved the view, the size, the stove and refrigerator, and location to Central Park West. I will stay here again! We were accommodated hospitably as a family, as I only made this reservation last week. We were only here for the Macy's Parade. We also appreciated the location of the hotel from the MTA subway. This is a good alternative to staying in downtown Manhattan. Coming from a small UK town the area was a bit of a culture shock.
Spacious appartment with everything you need for a short stay. Subway stop just around the corner so easy to get downtown in 15 to 20 mins. You can also walk to the Guggenheim in a similar time.
A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to eat in.

My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room.
